Foam Rolling, Hip warm-up, Dynamic warm-up

Leg curls and Extensions, Good Mornings, Hip Thrust, Standing Double Ab wheel rollouts (2 sets of each)

Squats (3x5)

Step Back Lunges (2 sets)
